Natural Parenting Fair Memories

La Leche League Leader Caryn, who has attended all 6 previous Natural Parenting Fairs, shares some memories:

Caryn visits a friend’s table with her twins in 2016

In the middle of 2012, I was 12 weeks pregnant and attended the Natural Parenting Fair, my first parenting-related event. I was nervous going somewhere new alone, and felt a bit out of place at first, especially since I didn’t even look pregnant yet.  But I felt really welcomed and enjoyed being able to discover so many resources our area has available.

I also loved having the opportunity to meet with the representatives of the companies that intrigued me. I have been to all 6 fairs and have really enjoyed being a part of this community, eventually through volunteering at the fair as a member and then as a Leader of Space Coast La Leche League.

Volunteering at the 2015 NPF, 36 weeks pregnant with twins!

I hope you come out this year and have a good time!

2018 Location

We’re so excited to announce that the 2018 Natural Parenting Fair will be held at the Wickham Park Community Center Gymnasium! Located at 2815 Leisure Way in Melbourne, the Wickham Park Community Center is a spacious, comfortable facility, with lots of parking and plenty of room inside to participate in a class demo, visit our wonderful vendors and exhibitors, and enjoy the stay and play area with your little ones. This is the site of a popular twice weekly toddler open gym program, frequented by many local families.

It’s going to be a fantastic location for this year’s NPF, and we are looking forward to seeing you there from 10 am-2 pm on Saturday, November 17th!
